I have solved a couple of silly but annoying faults with my printer before, but it has been a while, so i will dredge through my mind when not affected by the festive season, and give it some more thought. ![]() My only other immediate thought is new computer, possibly newer operating system, did you use the original disk that came with your printer, or did you download updated and correct software from Fuji site. So just check that one, and make sure A4 IS THE DEFAULT PAPER SIZE SETTING IN THE PRINTER SOFTWARE,, not your program software. (this seems to be default on new software install). This was because my settings had defaulted to "letter" in the "paper size" settings. Read more and then it begins printing from the start only to jam again, then print from the start.etc. ![]() My problem involved printing a small amount of document, getting a paper jam, clearing it. I know you have checked your settings, but i have had similar problem when first loading software. ![]()
